Meet Dr. Peter J. Blank, DDS
A native of Hebron, Dr. Blank graduated from Hebron High School in 1981. He received his AB (Bachelor of Arts and Science)from Wabash College in 1985 and went on to the Indiana University School of Dentistry, graduating with distinction in 1989.
While in Dental School, Dr. Blank was awarded membership in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon, Honorary Dental Society. After graduating from Dental School, Dr. Blank joined the United States Air Force. While there, he completed a one year General Practice Residency with post-doctoral training in all of the major dental disciplines at Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Blank then spent two years at Dover Air Force Base in Dover, Delaware, where he served as Officer in Charge of Oral Surgery during the last 1 ½ years.
After separation from the Air Force in 1992, Dr. Blank returned to Hebron to begin his private practice. He saw his first patient on September 4, 1992, in his Hebron office at Country Square Plaza. In 2001, Dr. Blank and his staff moved into their new office building at 192 Professional Court, where they happily serve up smiles to the Hebron community.
Dr. Blank is a strong believer in the value of continuing education. He received his Fellowship Award from the Academy of General Dentistry on July 22, 2000, and he continues to attend various educational seminars across the United States.
